I have had several appointments at home. Everyone has been on time, or early. Each has been friendly and helpful. My therapy group would like to be able to use SOLA Prosthetics for all of their patients.

Appointments were timely and staff was efficient. Everyone is well trained and informative. Job well done. My prosthesis looks and feels great!

The main reason I left my previous company and came to SOLA was due to the patient care coordinator. She has GREAT customer skills and helped me in this process, even at my doctors appointments. Very special and knowledgeable person, or friend. She is the reason I switched to your company and now that I met the prosthetist, he's a plus. They explain everything and are not in a hurry to leave until you are comfortable and all questions are answered. Thank you for both of them. They are making a difficult time easier to deal with.

They were great about returning my texts and calls promptly, and were so patient about not getting to see me in the hospital and rehab due to covid. The practitioner was great with his instructions on the device. The office was always so prompt and friendly on the phone and working with me on appointments. Y'all are great!!

Thomas got his new prosthetic leg today and after 6 miserable months of a prosthetic that definitely was not for him. From the first appointment I had with SOLA, it was like they were part of my family. They made my adjustment to my prosthesis to make it feel like I was getting another real leg.
